What We Do

We build the tooling. You report what matters.

Most independent journalists are working alone against institutions with legal teams, editors, distribution networks, and budgets. IYKYK replaces those institutional dependencies with open infrastructure:

• LLM-powered surveys gather structured input from distributed contributors and communities — turning raw field observations into queryable, citable data.
• Knowledge graphs connect facts, sources, and contributors with traceable, weighted relationships — so you can always ask where did this come from, and who said it?
• Distributed contributor networks put real people with domain expertise and local access at the center of newsgathering — no single editorial gatekeeper.
• Coordinative tooling like POIDH lets us post onchain bounties for real-world reporting tasks. Post a bounty, someone completes it, proof goes onchain. No middleman, no invoice, no trust required.

Why This, Why Now

The fourth estate is collapsing under the weight of concentrated ownership, algorithmic distribution, and AI-generated noise. Institutional journalism is failing the communities that need it most.

The technology to fix this exists. Knowledge graphs that trace claims to sources. Language models that synthesize without hallucinating. Onchain coordination tools that reward contribution transparently.
